Dr. Dominique Germain has been part of our team since 2018. Every day, she makes a difference in our team and in your pets’ lives through her positive attitude and her great availability for her colleagues.
“I love the ER, since there is no routine, and every case is different. I love being able to care for inpatients when I work in the intensive care unit. I feel like I have a puzzle to solve, figuring out what is making the patients sick and then finding the best treatments to help them. It’s really rewarding to see the animals get healthier because of us. As well, exotic animals hold a special place in my heart. Working at Centre Vétérinaire Laval allows me to treat lesser-known species, which is priceless to me!”
Dr. Germain received her doctorate from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal in 2016. She then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Centre Vétérinaire Daubigny in 2017.
