Requests received are evaluated by members of our team and only those who have been allocated a slot will receive a call to confirm.
Only selected patients will receive a call. If you have not heard from us by 8 a.m., please call us. Requests are analyzed daily (Monday to Friday) and the selection process is restarted each day, so we do not keep any requests for the following days. Only requests received between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. the following day will be considered and processed.

Please note that this service is only available from Sunday to Friday, from 10pm to 7am. If your pet needs to be seen urgently, we advise you to call us directly rather than making your request via this form.
